First, let me premise this with the following: Teri and Doug Price are, by far, the best real estate agents ever! I have bought and sold many homes over the years, in 3 different states, and while my previous favorite agent was really great, Doug and Teri far out-distanced her! We decided to downsize from our "fabulous house with incredible Sound views", to a "smaller, but similar house with incredible Sound views." It was the dead of winter in 2019 when we decided to sell. Teri is a superb marketer. She delved into the historical aspect of our house, whose history was handed to us by the previous owner, but not disclosed or identified by his agent when we purchased the house. As it turned out, one of the main streets in town is named after the owner of our house - Sims Rd!!. Teri is a marketing genius and zero-ed in on its historical importance. Not only the original owner was famous, but our house was also a Beard Award-Winning restaurant with photographs as provenance. What you get from this team is Teri, as the marketing and detail-oriented real estate marketing genius, and you also get her fabulous husband Doug. He is a former law enforcement officer, a contractor, and a genius experienced at home repair contractor!!! They also stay with you until the end, even if it goes beyond picking up all of the pieces beyond the sale! What more can you ask for??? This is a 5 Star Team!!!

When setting up interviews for several top rate realtors, I explained the basic plan; find a condo for sale in a highly desirable area, and then sell our large home on acreage. It wasn't that long ago that we began our search for a new home on the Olympic Peninsula. I met Teri Price and she spent a good amount of time listening to my "requirements" and then showed me around. I met Teri on a Sunday afternoon at an open house she was conducting in Carlsborg (Sequim, WA). My wife, Judy, and I had decided after months of “should we or shouldn’t we,” that we should find a new house. We planned to do some market research on our own, check out the market before getting serious with a Realtor. We picked Teri’s open house from a newspaper ad because it sounded like the kind of property we like. But we thought it would be a year before we would be ready to make a move. We were just lookers. No hurry. Teri saw a different picture. She said sales were slowing but there were segments of the market where the inventory was low and the demand high.
While we were in no hurry, it seemed a good idea to have Teri review our property just to see how we fit into the overall market. Life was starting to move faster than we realized. After her review, Teri analyzed the latest sales data and came up with a price that fit the market. We listed with at her suggested price, and Teri put together a listing package for the MLS, put an ad in the paper for an open house, and told us to expect lots of people to come to the open house. About 30 people showed up the first day. On the second day, the numbers dropped a little but still a busy day. Result: two offers, one full price for cash. In less than 10 days, we had a sales contract on our house. In less than 60 days, we were in a new home. This seemed unlikely on that Sunday in Carlsborg. But Teri and Doug have a deep understanding of Peninsula real estate. They are natives of the peninsula and have been selling real estate for 16 years. They know how to showcase a property with good photos and open houses. When the right buyer shows up, a sale naturally takes shape…. And they work really hard, about 7 days a week.

When it came time to sell our mother's house In Sequim, WA, my brother did the research for the best realtors in town. First, let me premise this with the following: Teri and Doug Price are, by far, the best real estate agents ever! I have bought and sold many homes over the years, in 3 different states, and while my previous favorite agent was really great, Doug and Teri far out-distanced her! We decided to downsize from our "fabulous house with incredible Sound views", to a "smaller, but similar house with incredible Sound views." It was the dead of winter in 2019 when we decided to sell. Teri is a superb marketer. She delved into the historical aspect of our house, whose history was handed to us by the previous owner, but not disclosed or identified by his agent when we purchased the house. As it turned out, one of the main streets in town is named after the owner of our house - Sims Rd!!. Teri is a marketing genius and zero-ed in on its historical importance. What you get from this team is Teri, as the marketing and detail-oriented real estate marketing genius, and you also get her fabulous husband Doug. He is a former law enforcement officer, a contractor, and a genius experienced at home repair contractor!!! I met Teri on a Sunday afternoon at an open house she was conducting in Carlsborg (Sequim, WA). My wife, Judy, and I had decided after months of “should we or shouldn’t we,” that we should find a new house. We planned to do some market research on our own, check out the market before getting serious with a Realtor. We picked Teri’s open house from a newspaper ad because it sounded like the kind of property we like. But we thought it would be a year before we would be ready to make a move. We were just lookers. This house exceeds my expectations. It is better than it looks on the pictures (professionally done, btw). Teri got me what I wanted. Teri and Doug met me at the house upon my arrival and we discussed all the details and further steps. They are taking care of everything, going above and beyond.
